Features:
·This microprocessor controller offers easy setups. It features a user-friendly menu that guides you step by step.
·The unit has a self-cooling fan and feeds from the bottom which allows for non-stop continuous loading for maximum production. It also keeps the stacks in sequence so they can be run through again.
·The micro-lateral adjustable feed rails allow for precise paper alignments creating consistently straight perforations and scores. The caliper adjustment is easy to set for single feed sheets or multi-part, open edge, carbonless.
·The numbering system is made of two numbering heads that are electronically fired. The numbering heads are controlled independently by the microprocessor.
·Strikes up to 20 numbers per sheet and has a versatile number placement that includes the gripper edge. The default heads are 7 digit gothic, reverse, and has 5 repeat sequences. The adjustable settings reduce impact pressure on various types of stock.
·It’s able to crash print up through 10 part carbonless forms. There are also other numbering styles and No letterwheels available for an additional charge.
·The perforating and scoring is completed on the main roller prior to the number heads. The allows for maximum sheet control.
·There are numerous perforation blade styles to choose from, including micro-perf blades for laser perforating.
