The ES900 time clock system is easy to use and never needs to be reset. A perpetual calendar automatically adjusts the date, including daylight savings. An LCD display is easy to read and includes the time, date and day of week. A clear cover makes time cards easy to align. You can either manually or automatically print time cards and documents on the left or right hand side. There are over 300 different print configurations available. Choose you preferred hour format (12 or 24) and choice of standard minutes, tenths or hundredths and even seconds. Thirteen preset messages are available (RCVD, SENT, IN, OUT, CFMD, FILED, PAID, USED, FAXED, VOID, ORIGIN, APR'D, CMPL'D) in English, French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
