The FD 8500AF comes equipped with a dedicated auto feeder that lets you load a sizeable stack of paper, press start and simply walk away. The shredder’s unique auto feeder means no more time will be wasted by your staff standing in front of the machine while feeding small stacks of paper into the machine.
The shredder of course comes with a standard hand-feed opening (16-inch wide throat) that lets the operator stuff in 16-18 sheets of paper at a time. The FD 8500AF auto feed hopper boasts a 175-sheet capacity that is compatible with 11” x 17” size paper.
The FD 8500AF by Formax has several commercial-grade features including a powerful AC geared-motor, heat-treated steel blades, steel cabinet, ample waste bin (with lifetime guarantee), user-friendly LED control panel, and load indicator.
