Fold and insert documents into envelopes quickly and efficiently with the versatile Formax FD-6402 series 4-station folder inserter. This folder inserter is a workhorse. The motor runs at a speed of up to 4,000 pieces per hour. The paper trays can hold up to 325 sheets of paper each. You can get these folder inserters with an optional Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) reader. The FD 6402 4-station is available in both a Standard 4 and a Special 4 design. The Standard 4 has four Standard feeding trays. The Special 4 has two Standard trays and two Special trays capable of using glossy paper.
The FD-6402 4-station is one of the easiest folder inserters to use, operate and set up. It has a touch-screen LCD panel that makes setting up custom jobs easy. The Formax FD-6402 can store up to 25 different types of inserting jobs. The FD-6402 can recognize the size of paper being put in the trays and adjust itself automatically to accommodate it.
