Ledco Pouch & Roll Laminators

The Ledco XL-44 is a large-format pouch laminator for mounting, simultaneous mounting and laminating, or laminating only, of materials up to 1 ½-inches thick and up to 44-inches wide. The XL-44 Pouch Mounting Laminator is designed with special controls and features that simplify the mounting/laminating process, making it easy for even a novice operator. The adaptability of the Ledco XL-44 increases productivity by enabling the operator to switch from one substrate, film, or board to another without time-consuming set-up or teardown.

The Ledco Educator 25-inch roll laminator was based on specifications requested by educators and media specialists. It can laminate materials 25" wide with ease. It features presets for lamination pressure and laminating speed for consistent quality laminations. The feeders and lamination rollers are enclosed to prevent jams, wrap-arounds and other related damage to the machine or laminates. The Educator 25 is able to laminate 1.5, 3 & 5-millimeter film.

The Ledco Premier 4 is a roll laminator made with the needs of commercial print shops, laminating services, school supply stores, and in-house graphics departments in mind. It features slitters that automatically trim excess laminate from the product as it feeds through the unit. The Premier has an adjustable speed setting that’s able to laminate posters or banners at a rate of 10 feet per minute.
