Mail baggers, sometimes referred to as mail bagging machines, are used to bundle magazines, newspapers and other literature into a bag for mailing purposes. It can be used for a single item, or for packaging multiple pieces together. These machines use a roll of film. When a magazine is fed inside, they take the piece, put it in a bag, seal the bag shut and eject the packaged magazine / literature into a catch tray or onto a conveyor system. These mail baggers are designed to make mailing literature easier and the plastic used helps to keep bundled literature protected and together during the mailing process.
