Simple, durable, effective and professional are all words that can be used to describe the Minipack RP 55SA industrial grade shrink wrapper. This shrink wrap system includes a centerfold shrink film dispenser (PVC or Polyolefin), a film separator, tearless perforating wheels, an L-bar sealer, tunnel and conveyor. All these items make this machine perfect for repetitive packaging needs. As is the case with most Minipack shrink wrap machines, the RP 55SA is designed to save space while providing fast packaging. One way the RP 55SA saves space is by using an integrated sealer and heat tunnel. Once the hood is brought down, the L-bar sealer quickly cuts film around the package and the tunnel evenly shrinks the film.
The 20" x 16" x 8" sealing area can be used to package a wide variety of boxes, media, food and literature. The RP 55SA, thanks to its included conveyor, can package up to 10 items per minute. This is fast enough to keep up with most low to medium-volume packaging operations. Build quality shouldn’t be a concern.
