Question
Officezone:
I am seeking to purchase a padding machine from your company within the next week. I am beginning a start up business from home that binds stationary of postes 4×4′ and notepads 8 1/2 x 11, and need to know if your products if produced at home would be ok for resale. Which padding machine would be more supportive for my company needs. Thanking you in advance.
Venni D.
Answer
We would require a little more information before making a solid
recommendation here, but the Mini 2 Padder padding press should do just fine. If you want to create professional-looking note pads, stationery, forms and other items, the Mini 2 Padder does a terrific job.
With the Mini 2, you can take a stack of paper, clamp it in place, and then apply professional padding glue to the spine. We carry a complete line of padding supplies including adhesive (red or white), brushes, chip board, padding knives, and more.
When the glue is dry, the clamping mechanism on the padder may be released and the note pad taken out. Then you can start the process all over again. The Mini 2 padder has a nice swivel base feature that lets you turn the entire padding press around 180 degrees, allowing for a simplified padding experience.
