Hi,

I am interested in buying one of the Minipack Galaxy Shrink Wrap for our Warehouse operation, but I am not sure how reliable the shrink wrap machine is. Do you supply spare parts upon customer requests? Do you have technicians who can travel to the customer plant for servicing? Thank you
