I just watched the demo for the MiniPack MVS45. I am looking for one that can help me with vacuum packing liquids. I have a commissary and we produce many soups and sauces. I need it to be in 1 gal. packages. Which machine do you recommend? Also, are there instructions as to what pressure to set it to for liquids? Do I need to get a gas injection kit referred to in the video?

Answer
The MVS 45 vacuum sealer will work for you. You can purchase the optional MVS 45 Slant Tray for use with liquids. You would also need a vacuum seal bag that measures at least 14″ x 12″. The machine comes with a instruction booklet that will help you determine and program the optimum seal times for your various liquids. You can also call our service department for further assistance. No, you would not need the optional MVS 45 Inert Gas Kit to seal liquids.
