Business hours:

Showroom hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST. Sales & customer service department hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST. Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Shipping & Freight

Product Shipping:

We ship our products via Fed-Ex or UPS. Freight trucks are used if alternative forms of shipping are necessary due to product size or weight issues.

Inside Delivery:

Inside delivery service entails the delivery driver personally carrying your shipment into your building and placing it where you specify. This service is available at an additional cost.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are determined by the weight, the dimensions and the delivery location of the package. Shipping charges may also include handling and insurance costs. Rush shipping costs more than ground shipping.

Delivery Times:

Shipping time depends on the delivery location. Ground shipping may take up to six business days. Please note that products ship within 48 hours. Custom orders and freight truck shipping may take longer to ship. Express shipping is available if needed.

Using Own Freight Company:

Using your own freight company is acceptable. To arrange the shipment we require a phone number and account number for the freight company. We also accept UPS and Fed-Ex account numbers.

Payment and Discounts

Available Discounts:

All our products are discounted from the retail price. We offer a 30-day low price guarantee. Additional pricing discounts are available on large quantities.

Forms of Payment:

Office Zone accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, IMPAC and Discover credit cards. Checks, money orders and cashier's checks are also accepted. Purchase orders are accepted after credit applications are completed and approved. Leasing options are available for over $2,000.

After Sale Service


Most products can be returned within 30 days as long as they have not been used. A 20-percent restocking fee may apply. To return an item, please contact a customer service representative at 800-543-5454, to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and instruction for your return.
